Safe summer vacations
We look forward to welcome our guests again and their safety is very important to us. Probably Summer 2022 will be a bit different from pre-covid ones, with greater spaces and extended times, but still in the name of relaxation and fun, as it has been the tradition of the Doge for more than 30 years. We will probably have fewer guests and more peace of mind: and that's not a bad thing at all, is it?!
For now here is what we thought of...
Online check-in
For some time now we have been offering our guests online check-in, this year there is one more reason to take advantage of it. By filling it in before the holiday, upon arrival you only need to collect the carefully sanitized keys.
Staff preparation
All our collaborators will be trained with specific courses to guarantee your safety and will welcome you equipped with the necessary protective devices. But don't worry: we will know how to smile with our eyes, which will transmit our passion for hospitality!
Common areas
They will be sanitized more than once a day, with particular attention to the parts that are most affected. We will try to indicate one-way routes and you will find sanitizing gel dispensers available in every corner.
Lift
You can access it alone or with your family members. And those who want to keep fit can take advantage of the stairs!
Rooms
We have always taken great care in cleaning the rooms, but obviously this year the attention will be highest. An accurate sanitization will be carried out at every change of customer. You can request a cleaning kit and change of linen, if you prefer to prevent our staff from entering the room.
Restaurant
The prescribed distance from person to person will be respected. The tables and all the equipment will be diligently sanitized with each use. The day will start as usual with the breakfast buffet assisted by our staff. The dishes for lunch and dinner will be served at the table and you have a buffet of entrées and mixed salad at your disposal at lunch. You can ask for a packed lunch, if you're planning a trip or want to enjoy the hottest hours on the beach.
Swimming pool in the hotel
Access will be possible for 12 people at a time and please wear a swimming cap and take a shower before diving.
Animation
We certainly cannot give up our animation staff, even if their role will change in some cases and the activities will have to be modified. What does not change is the sympathy and involvement, we are sure of it!
Beach
The umbrellas will have an adequate space available, greater than required by the safety protocols. We will try to indicate one-way routes to move safely within the bathing establishment. Even in the pools on the beach the entrance will be limited: for now the indications say 2 people in the whirlpool and 4 children in the pool dedicated to them. Services, showers and cabins will be sanitized frequently.
Children
The play areas will be sanitized several times a day and the access of the children will be possible after the hands are sanitized with the gel and under the supervision of the parents, if an employee is not present. The animators of the mini club will organize activities that respect the distance, preferring outdoor spaces. The supervision of a family member is strongly recommended for children up to 6 years of age.
Collaboration of guests
If on our part we ensure all the commitment, for the safety of all we really need the collaboration of our guests: and we are sure that they will surprise us positively!
The use of a mask in closed places or when we are unable to keep the distance of 1 meter even outside, the distance of at least 1 meter from people who do not belong to our family, the careful cleaning of the hands and the use of the gels are now part of our lives and surely it will be natural to continue taking these precautions.
In particular, we will need some flexibility in case of bad weather: if it is not possible to welcome all guests adequately in the common rooms you will need to ask to stay in your room, or just go to reception to get many tips on interesting places to visit nearby. Please be patient if, sometimes, the waiting times will be longer than in previous years ... but we will give absolute priority to your safety. We are confident that over time we will be able to speed up all procedures!
