Conditions
In case of early departure, the cost of the room will be charged for the 3 days following the actual departure date. In case of late arrival, the cost of the room will be charged for the days corresponding to the delay.
Unused meals are not deducted from the price of the full-board or half-board package, but they can be recovered together with guests or on the day of departure, only if table availability in the dining room allows it. It is also possible to request travel lunch boxes.
Check-in and Check-out:
The rooms are available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Those who wish to come earlier are welcome: as soon as the booked room becomes available, often before 1 p.m., the keys will be handed over.
We ask you to vacate your room and move your car from the car park by 10am on the day of departure. The beach umbrella is available on the day of departure upon request and for a fee.
Cancellation policy:
The deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to 26 days before arrival (€5,00 bank and office fees will be deducted). In the event of cancellation between 25 and 13 days from arrival, the deposit can be used for another reservation. In the event of cancellation fewer than 12 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Dynamic pricing:
The quotes provided through our online booking system, by phone, or via email are valid for a limited number of rooms and may change quickly and without notice depending on the updated availability for the requested period. This is because we use a dynamic pricing system: the rates of our rooms change progressively based on demand and the remaining availability. However, once the booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed and guaranteed for the entire stay.
