Sojourn Tax: €1,50 per day per person, for 10 days at most. Children up to 14 years are exempt
Conditions
In the event of early departure, a charge will be made for 3 days following the date of actual departure.
Meals not eaten are not deducted from the price; packed lunches can be requested.
Check-in and Check-out:
The rooms are available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Those who wish to come earlier are welcome: as soon as the booked room becomes available, often before 1 p.m., the keys will be handed over.
We ask you to vacate your room and move your car from the car park adjacent to the hotel by 10am on the day of departure. The beach umbrella is available after 10 am on the day of departure upon request and for a fee.
Cancellation policy:
The deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to 26 days before arrival (€5,00 bank and office fees will be deducted). In the event of cancellation between 25 and 13 days from arrival, the deposit can be used for another reservation. In the event of cancellation fewer than 12 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Dynamic pricing:
The rates offered by phone, by email or in our booking system are valid for a limited number of rooms and may vary without notice, if the availability of rooms for those periods change. Our rates gradually change as bookings are received for the period requested.
