A few things to know, then all you have to do is relax
Late arrival or early departure
If you decide to leave early, we consider the room occupied for the 3 days following the actual departure date.
If you arrive later than the booked date, the unused days will be charged.
We prefer to explain this clearly from the beginning, so everything is transparent.
Unused meals
If you do not use a meal, it is not deducted from the full board or half board price. You may however recover it during your stay or on the day of departure, if a table is available in the dining room. Alternatively, you can request a packed meal.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your room is ready from 1:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to come by: as soon as the room is available (often even earlier), we will hand you the keys.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room by 10:00 am and move your car from the car park. If you would like to stay on the beach a little longer, you may keep your beach umbrella that day too, subject to availability and with a small extra charge.
If you need to cancel your booking
If you cancel up to 26 days before arrival, we refund the deposit minus €5 for bank and administration costs.
If you cancel from 25 to 13 days before arrival, you may use the deposit for another stay within the same year or the following year.
If you cancel less than 12 days before arrival, we are unable to refund the deposit.
How dynamic pricing works
Quotes sent online, by phone or by email apply to a limited number of rooms and may change quickly. Prices vary according to availability and demand for that period.
Once you confirm your booking, your price is locked in and remains the one agreed.
